Hanne Borchgrevink (b. 1951 in Oslo) works with surfaces and colors. The motifs in her works are most often simplified houses and landscapes. She is educated at the Oslo National College of Art and Design (1971-74) and the Oslo National Academy of Fine Arts (1974-79). Until August 24, 2025, Borchgrevink can be seen in the Astrup Fearnley Museum's summer exhibition "Space Making". She has had a number of exhibitions at central Norwegian art institutions, including Kunstnerforbundet, Bomuldsfabrikken Kunsthall and Lillehammer Art Museum. In 2011 she was a Festspillutstiller at Bergen Kunsthall. Her works have been collected by, among others, the National Museum of Norway, Lillehammer Art Museum, Bergen Art Museum, North Norwegian Art Museum, Astrup Fearnley Collection, Haugar Art Museum and the British Museum.
